The Healthy Aging Initiative at Saint Paul – Ramsey County Public Health convenes, connects, and coordinates efforts in the county to maintain and increase the health and wellbeing of Ramsey County residents as they age. The Initiative is based in partnership with older adults, organizations, and governments to enable healthy aging in the county in equitable and culturally relevant ways.
