We Are CLASS

Consortium of Lake Area Senior Services or CLASS is a nonprofit organization made up of dedicated volunteers representing northeast metro area service providers to seniors, municipalities, faith communities, and the community at large. CLASS is organized into a number of working committees including:  Education, Networking and Advocacy.

We are community professionals working together to educate, organize, and advocate to improve the quality of life for seniors in our communities.

Key Priorities

CLASS engages individuals, organizations, businesses, faith communities and governments to partner in creating communities that work together to address opportunities and challenges as we age through three (3) priority areas: Community, Trasnportation, and Housing.

Through collaboration, CLASS member organizations work together to:

PROMOTE agency partnerships that identify gaps and coordinate programs and opportunities.

EDUCATE residents, families and service providers about existing resources.​

BUILD capacity of our communities to be more age-friendly.​
